Dear visitor, for the past year Advance Dental Health Supplies has reviewed alternative products to replace Amosan. There were not many suitable alternatives to choose from, as we sought a rinse with:

• no alcohol (ethanol) and/or 
• no aluminium products.
  

This ruled out ALL of the alternative options except for one:
Colgate Peroxyl (Alcohol-Free) Mouth rinse.
